The Maintenance Tech for the 2nd Shift will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of hydraulic and electrical equipment within a small maintenance team. Working from 4pm to 12am, this technician will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery, while adhering to safety standards and supporting career development opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and hydraulic machines
- Set up manufacturing and electrical equipment for operational use
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Evaluate equipment efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all maintenance activities
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS and manual logs
- Collaborate with a small team (2-5 members) to support shift objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in maintenance roles
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and electrical systems
