We're hiring a product marketing leader to own positioning, launch, and go-to-market for two category-defining initiatives: an AI-native refresh of the PointFive platform (letting customers build their own applications and agents inside PointFive) and a new coding-agent optimization product for enterprise LLM usage governance. This role will define how both products land with FinOps leaders, platform engineering VPs, CIOs, and CTOs.

About The Role
We're hiring a product marketing leader to own positioning, launch, and go-to-market for two category-defining initiatives: an AI-native refresh of the PointFive platform (letting customers build their own applications and agents inside PointFive) and a new coding-agent optimization product for enterprise LLM usage governance. This role will define how both products land with FinOps leaders, platform engineering VPs, CIOs, and CTOs.
What You'll Do
- Own positioning and messaging for the refreshed platform, including category narrative, pillar-level messaging, ICP-specific value props, and competitive differentiation.
- Lead launches end-to-end — naming, narrative, sales enablement, web, press, analyst relations, customer references, and the launch moment itself.
- Build the go-to-market motion alongside sales and product, including sales plays, pricing/packaging input, persona-based playbooks, and field-ready assets.
- Be the voice of the customer inside the building — running win/loss, customer interviews, and message testing, then sharpening positioning and content.
- Sharpen the competitive story against legacy FinOps tools, hyperscaler-native cost products, and a wave of new AI-cost entrants.
- Partner with demand gen, content, and field marketing to keep positioning consistent across paid, owned, events, and pipeline programs.
- Grow the function — start as a hands-on IC operator and build the PMM team behind you as we scale.
Must-have
- 6–10 years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company, with at least some of it at an early-stage or hyper-growth startup.
- A real track record of launching technical products to technical buyers — DevOps, platform engineering, FinOps, cloud, security, or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Strong narrative instincts — able to turn a messy, ambitious product idea into a story a CFO, VP of Engineering, and SRE all understand.
- Strong writing skills — able to produce a launch narrative, blog post, or sales one-pager without a rewrite.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed, operating more like a founder than a coordinator.
- Experience marketing to FinOps, cloud cost, observability, or AI infrastructure buyers.
- Familiarity with the agentic / AI-native product wave.
- Base Salary Range: $172,000 – $185,000, plus equity
