Your Role As a Grinder Operator, you\'ll play a key part in producing
high-quality parts efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day will
include: Operating grinders to fabricate precision parts with care and
accuracy. Inspecting completed parts for defects to ensure they meet the
highest standards. Collaborating with supervisors and senior operators
to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. What You Bring We\'re looking
for individuals who are passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.
To succeed in this role, you\'ll need: 6 months to 1 year of machining
or grinding experience. A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong
