Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and orient new residents and their families with warmth and care
- Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
- Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently
- Administer nursing services such as catheterization, tube feedings, dressings, and specimen collection
- Monitor resident health including vital signs and report incidents promptly
- Support restorative and rehabilitative programs to enhance resident independence
- Ensure resident rooms are ready and meet dietary and safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
