Job Description

  • Determining the needs of customers & communicating that to the technician
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicle
  • Provide great customer service
  • Verify warranties, develop estimates, write repair orders
  • Must be able to use Dealertrack & Xtime

Hours

Monday-Friday 8-5

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
