Overview
Point to Point Systems is hiring Controls Installation Technicians to install and support Building Automation Systems (BAS) including HVAC controls, access control, and surveillance systems. Whether you're entry-level or experienced, we provide a clear growth path in a rapidly expanding industry.
What You’ll Do
- Install BAS systems (HVAC controls, access control, CCTV)
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate devices
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control drawings
- Assist with startup, checkout, and commissioning
- Document work (as-builts, wiring layouts, system changes)
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
Experience Levels
- Level I (0–4 years): Learn the trade, assist field teams
- Level II (4–7 years): Run small jobs, solid install knowledge
- Level III (7 years): Lead projects, minimal supervision
Requirements
- HVAC, electrical, or construction experience preferred
- Understanding of electricity and device wiring preferred (Relays, motor starters, VFD’s, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Background Check

Work Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime/on-call)
- Field-based work across Ohio (Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati region)
