Main Responsibilities

  • Produce and adapt creative materials for websites, landing pages, print advertisements, brochures, social media, video content, and pitch decks under the direction of senior creative team members.
  • Assist with UX and UI design for digital projects, including wireframes, user flows, and mockups.

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies and share relevant ideas with the team.

Experience & Education

  • 1-2 years of professional design experience or a strong portfolio developed through internships, academic work, freelance projects, or comparable experience. Agency experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and social media; video or multimedia examples are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Comfort using mobile-native and lightweight creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms for fast-turn social and video content.
  • Exposure to UX/UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-powered creative platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similar tools. Prior expertise is not required.
  • A solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and responsive digital layout.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive, understand, and apply creative feedback.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY

  • Ability to work across both digital and print design assignments.
  • Willingness to learn from senior creative team members and develop skills across multiple formats.
  • Initiative to complete assigned work, ask questions when needed, and follow projects through production.
  • Curiosity about new tools and techniques, including AI, automation, and mobile-native creative platforms.
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback, with the ability to work effectively with writers, strategists, producers, account managers, and other designers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize concurrent assignments.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain creative choices to internal team members.
  • A practical, solution-oriented approach to creative and production challenges.
