Cultivation Custodian

As a Full Time Custodian at Point Management / Borealis, you play a huge role in keeping our spaces running smoothly and looking their best. You are the behind the scenes MVP who makes sure every part of the facility is clean, safe, and ready for the team.

On a day to day basis, you will:
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and up to Shangri La standards
• Sweep, mop, dust, take out trash, and sanitize high touch surfaces
• Make sure workspaces feel fresh, safe, and ready for the day
• Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and flag when we are running low
• Help maintain the overall upkeep of the building
• Report any maintenance issues so we can stay ahead of them

You will work closely with the team and leadership to keep everything flowing, and you will have opportunities to learn and grow along the way.
