Cultivation Technician / Post-Harvest Technician / Fulfillment Technician
Stratford, CT | Full-Time
In-person interviews will be held between 5/12/2026 – 5/14/2026 between 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
Join a fast-growing cannabis cultivation operation focused on quality, compliance, teamwork, and growth. We are currently hiring for multiple entry and mid-level cultivation facility positions, including Cultivation Technicians, Post-Harvest Technicians, and Fulfillment Technicians.
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about the cannabis industry. Previous cannabis experience is highly considered.
Available Positions Include:
- Assist with daily plant care and cultivation activities
- Watering, pruning, transplanting, trellising, and facility sanitation
- Maintain clean and organized cultivation rooms
- Follow strict compliance and SOP guidelines
- Assist cultivation leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assist with harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, and packaging preparation
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within post-harvest areas
- Accurately track and handle cannabis products in compliance with state regulations
- Support quality control and inventory processes
- Assist with order preparation, packaging, labeling, and inventory fulfillment
- Ensure products are accurately prepared and compliant prior to distribution
- Maintain detailed organization and inventory accuracy
- Work cross-functionally with inventory and operations teams
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Cannabis industry experience highly considered
- Must be comfortable working in a regulated environment
