We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Head Grower / Cultivation Manager to lead our outdoor cannabis cultivation operations in Delaware. This is an exciting opportunity for a cultivation professional who thrives in large-scale outdoor agriculture, enjoys building high-performing teams, and wants to play a key leadership role in a growing cannabis operation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the art and science of outdoor cultivation and is excited to oversee the full cultivation cycle in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
This is a seasonal leadership role requiring relocation to Delaware during the active grow season.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead all day-to-day outdoor cultivation operations
Oversee crop health, irrigation, feeding schedules, environmental conditions, and IPM programs
Build, lead, and develop seasonal cultivation teams
Execute cultivation schedules from propagation through harvest
Monitor plant health and proactively address environmental or operational issues
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs
Coordinate harvest planning and operational workflows
Maintain accurate cultivation records and reporting
Drive yield, quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance
Help create a strong culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
Prior cannabis cultivation leadership experience required
Strong outdoor cannabis cultivation experience required
Experience managing large-scale cultivation operations preferred
Deep understanding of plant health, irrigation, nutrients, IPM, and harvest processes
Hands-on leadership style with strong team management skills
Ability to thrive in a physically demanding and fast-moving outdoor environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to relocate to Delaware during the active grow season
Must meet all state-required cannabis employment qualifications
