In this role you will:
- Maintain current Tranblocker rules within card processing system.
- Review CAMS alerts to determine if re-issue is warranted.
- Gather data for Visa quarterly reporting.
- Process replacement card requests received from members and office staff.
- Review daily reports from card processor for ATM/Visa exceptions, lost/stolen notifications and process adjustments as needed.
- Be responsible for monthly Debit/Credit card reissues.
- Assist with Visa Communication and CUNA claims.
- Responsible for fraud / dispute processing on Visa debit/credit cards as well as ATM cards including chargebacks, working with merchants to refund members and the completion of the monthly write-off process.
- Communicate with members throughout the dispute process to request additional information or to keep them informed of their claim status.
- Review all daily, weekly, and monthly ATM/Fraud reports and Falcon Alerts.
- Process foreign cardholder ATM adjustments.
- Assist Accounting with the maintenance and balancing of the Exceptions GL.
- Adhere to all credit union compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines and regulations as explained and as appropriate for the position.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Operations Support.
Education Requirement: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Required Knowledge:
- Operational understanding of all Operation Support Department function
- Knowledge of card processing policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z and Visa Regulation
Experience Required: One to three years of similar or related experience.

- PC proficient
