This role ensures that our customers receive top-notch service and that our fleet of loaner vehicles is well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The Assistant should exhibit strong motivation, quick thinking, and the capability to handle tasks and projects independently. Additionally, they excel in attention to detail and maintain a highly organized approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Loaner Car Manager with daily responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and check-in loaner vehicles
- Assist clients with meeting their service advisor for a smooth checkout
- Make sure all agreements are signed, vehicles are inspected, and outstanding balances are charged correctly
- Note any damage on loaner vehicles and track their repairs, keeping everyone informed
- Coordinate the daily loaner car assignments
- Ensure vehicles are prepped, checked, and ready for service appointments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
