Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet sales leads, inquiries, and digital communication
- Ensure fast response times and maximize lead-to-sale conversion
- Oversee CRM processes, lead management systems, and follow-up performance
- Train, coach, and motivate internet sales staff
- Set appointments and drive qualified traffic to the showroom
- Analyze digital lead sources and marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to improve closing percentages

Requirements
- Previous automotive internet sales or sales management experience required

Compensation
- Base salary commission performance bonuses
