Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicle options that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and manufacturer programs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Meet individual and team performance goals while contributing to dealership success
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
