PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge and ability to read plans and specs
Complete Warranty checks
Support one year warranty walks
Communicate and schedule Subcontractors for repairs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintain organized files, plans & shop drawings
Maintain and manage warranty google doc
Follows all safety guidelines to ensure safe jobsite repairs
Assist with scheduling or addressing of building maintenance items
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:

OSHA 30 Training
First Aid, CPR & AED Training
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
1-3 years as a handyman or in construction with knowledge of multiple trades.
Associates in Construction Management preferred. Work experience is acceptable.
