The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our dealership. You won't just be "selling cars"—you’ll be building relationships and helping our community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Make every visitor and customer feel like a member of the Pogue family.
• Professionalism: Maintain the appearance and conduct of a professional business person.
• Continuous Learning: Complete all factory product training as required by the manufacturer to stay an expert in your field.
• Drive: Be willing to put in the hours necessary to maximize your earning potential.
