- This role will work out of both our Corporate Office - 13535 Feather Sound Drive Clearwater FL 22762 and our Sales & Service Center - 5585 Rio Vista Dr, Clearwater, FL 33760*
- Administer employee policies and promote a positive employee relations experience
- Successfully carries out work assigned by HR Leadership
- Follows up on all tasks with HR Team members and/or clients; provides clear updates on status of tasks
- Facilitate HR Processes for assigned business unit/employee base; manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase performance by partnering with business leadership.
- Handle termination-related matters within assigned business unit/employee base
- Answer associate requests and questions
- Assist with the interview process during onsite bulk interview days
- Participate in legal compliance as it relates to obtaining, sorting and managing information
- Demonstrates knowledge of HR Management practices; demonstrates commitment to own development as HR Professional
- Performs work for projects as determined by HR Leadership Team
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist
- Associate Degree with course work in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
