PodLab Studios is a premium content production studio based in Westland, MI. We work with podcasters, brands, business owners, and influencers to create high-quality video, social media content, and full-scale productions.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to manage daily operations and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not just a sit-at-a-desk type of role. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day flow of the studio, working around live sessions, clients, and production.
This position blends administrative work, client coordination, and hands-on support inside a creative environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForStudio Operations & Organization
- Managing bookings, scheduling, and calendar coordination
- Keeping track of sessions, timelines, and studio availability
- Making sure the studio is always clean, organized, and ready for clients
- Resetting and maintaining studio spaces between sessions
Client Experience
- Greeting clients and making sure they feel comfortable and taken care of
- Communicating clearly through text, email, and phone
- Helping guide sessions to stay on schedule
- Supporting a smooth, professional experience from start to finish
Administrative Support
- Handling general admin tasks and communication
- Keeping things organized behind the scenes
- Assisting with tracking projects, notes, and deliverables
- Supporting daily business operations as needed
Studio Support & Errands
- Assisting with quick tasks during busy days
- Running occasional errands (coffee runs, supply pickups, etc.)
- Helping wherever needed to keep operations moving
At times, this role will function similarly to a personal assistant during high-demand periods.
Optional Creative Exposure (Bonus)
- Assisting with basic camera or production setup
- Taking behind-the-scenes photos or videos
- Light work in Adobe, or social media
Creative experience is NOT required, but it is a plus (photography, videography, social media content creator, podcast host, influencer, marketing.

Work Environment & Expectations
- This is an in-person role based in Westland, MI
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full time
- Flexible availability is important
Some days will require evening or later hours depending on studio bookings. Schedules may vary week to week.
PodLab Studios is a creative environment where some clients may use tobacco/cannabis during sessions. (think smoker lounge vibe during certain shoots) You must be comfortable working in this type of setting.
