About The Team

We build AI agents that automate front office work - texting, calling, emailing, and more. Our conversational agents integrate into the systems that matter and operate in a human-in-the-loop way that works in the real world. We serve businesses across Automotive, Healthcare, Home Services, and Retail. Our formula: build product quickly, talk to customers, repeat.

About The Role

We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Podium's automotive platform strategy. Auto is one of our most strategic verticals, and you'll define how we expand from our current AI agents into a comprehensive platform that dealers can't live without.

You'll grow existing products while building the next generation platform. This means shipping features that drive near-term growth while architecting the foundation for where we're going long-term. Most automotive software feels like it's from 2005. We're building consumer-grade products that dealers actually want to use.

You'll make decisions that affect Podium's entire platform - not just Auto. You'll establish data architecture and integration patterns that other vertical teams build on, influence our AI agent platform strategy, and shape partnerships that determine how we compete. The market is moving fast. We need to move faster.

This position is based in Lehi, UT. We may offer relocation assistance.

In this role, you will:

• Own Auto platform strategy end-to-end - the systems and infrastructure that make our AI agents more valuable to dealers
• Make company-level decisions - partnerships, data infrastructure, integration strategy that affects how all of Podium builds
• Design platform patterns that scale beyond Auto - data models, system architecture, integration frameworks other teams will use
• Spend significant time on-site with dealers - shadow GSMs and service advisors, watch how they actually work, understand their pain points
• Build the platform layer our AI agents run on - CRM workflows, data consolidation, dealer system integrations that make our agents smarter
• Ship with speed - get features in front of dealers fast, learn from real usage, iterate quickly
• Partner across the company - engineering, AI product teams, partnerships, sales, CX, legal, finance

• Deep understanding of AI agents, human-in-the-loop systems, enterprise integrations
• Know when to build platform capabilities vs. vertical-specific features
• Ship fast - learn from dealers, not internal committees
• Obsess over user experience - you believe enterprise software should feel as good as consumer products
