What You’ll Bring
- 7 years of experience building production systems.
- Expertise with Elixir/Phoenix, or equivalent frameworks like Rails or Django.
- Strong frontend experience with React (or similar frameworks like Vue or Svelte).
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and search tools like Elasticsearch.
- A track record of owning systems end-to-end and delivering high-quality code.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) — we love engineers who embrace new ways to move faster.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
- Deep Elixir/Phoenix or LiveView experience.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL, or distributed systems.
