Job Overview: Podium Entertainment is hiring a Marketing Manager, Owned Media to lead execution across SEO, website and email marketing channels. This role is detail-oriented, analytical, and content-focused, and will work closely with the entire marketing team to improve site & content performance, drive traffic, and support business goals across our owned channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize digital marketing programs across core owned channels including SEO, website management, and email marketing.
- Create and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts with SEO and AI-driven search (AEO) best practices in mind.
- Identify and troubleshoot website issues, partnering with the dev team to resolve and improve performance.
- Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, nurture flows, and performance optimization.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive audits to inform content strategy and site improvements.
- Monitor analytics (GA4), track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions), and use data to drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with web dev to ensure accurate tagging via Google Tag Manager.
- Managing an editorial calendar for blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns to ensure consistent content output.
- Collaborate with social, creative, and title marketing teams to support broader campaigns and repurpose content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO, or email marketing.
- Experience managing website content and backend systems (CMS), including publishing, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong writing and content skills, with an understanding of SEO and user experience.
- Experience with analytics and performance reporting to inform optimizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ActiveCampaign and Builder.io or similar website tools and software.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization and website tagging (Google Tag Manager).
- Experience using Airtable for project or content management.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based work setting.
- Must be able to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from our office in El Segundo.
- General work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the ability to work outside of normal hours for monthly close and time-sensitive projects.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move around the office as needed.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
