Call Center Representative/Admin

Detroit Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Call Center Representative to join our growing team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends

Position Summary

This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service while managing a high-volume, fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments
• Provide exceptional customer service to every patient
• Verify and update patient demographic information
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
• Help ensure efficient daily office operations

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills are required
• Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Previous medical office or call center experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
