Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexo graphoc Printing Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor flexo printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to specifications
- Set up and adjust printing equipment, including color management and registration alignment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery to minimize downtime
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
- Collaborate with prepress teams to prepare artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Manage color accuracy and consistency across print runs, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Assist with material handling using forklifts or other machinery as needed
- Support layout design and typography adjustments for print advertising projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience operating flexo presses or related manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of screen printing, CNC machining, or other print manufacturing processes is a plus
- Strong understanding of color management, layout design, and typography principles
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for prepress preparation
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and print advertising standards
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar machinery safely (certification preferred)
- Basic mechanical skills related to machining or CNC operations are advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure consistent print quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and efficiency
