Our growing Indianapolis-based media company is looking for a Fan Engagement Specialist to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced team. We are looking for a Fan Experience Specialist who is a true crime fanatic.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Indianapolis, IN.

About the role
The Fan Engagement Specialist is responsible for interacting and engaging with customers and creating a unique experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to efficiently and effectively follow up on all customer questions and comments across multiple platforms like email, social media, and other systems we use to interact with customers.
This individual must be great at completing a lot of tasks on a daily basis, including responding to customers, sending merchandise to customers, and collaborating with the internal team on other tasks, all while fulfilling other responsibilities for the role.

In this role, you’ll get to:
Engage with our customers every single day
Be the driving force behind growing loyalty and excitement with our customers
Be the voice of the customers by tracking their requests and comments and relaying them back to our team
Respond to all customer emails, comments, and messages across multiple platforms
Monitor the customer’s responses to new episodes and announcements and update the team as needed
Manage elements for new customers such as mailing stickers, merch, and more
Manage fan club merchandise inventory (organizing and alerting team when stock is low)
Create new ways to engage our loyal fan club members
Work closely with the merchandise coordinator and the marketing manager to communicate launches and promotions
You are the ideal candidate if you’re a hands-on customer experience professional with a knack for understanding what customers want and communicating those insights to team members, resulting in making better decisions for customers
These are the skills and background you’ll bring with you:
You’re technically savvy and can quickly transition between platforms
You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
You’re proficient with using social media to engage and interact with people
You can reply to 100 emails per day while engaging on other platforms
You can type accurately and quickly
You have more than two years in a high interaction customer service environment
