Responsibilities
- Supervise food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, preparation, and serving practices
- Monitor food service operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency to the guests
- Read food orders from computer, and prepare items according to the menu plans
- Prep ingredients needed for service
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Experience
- Proven culinary experience
- Solid understanding of food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and hygiene
- Knowledge of dietary requirements
- Hands-on cooking skills
