We are looking for a proactive, data-centric Senior Growth Marketing Manager who can lead a team, identify scalable growth opportunities, and execute complex campaigns from concept to completion.
The RoleThis is not just a content creation role; it is a strategic leadership position. You will be responsible for proactively identifying market gaps—using AI and trend analysis—and organizing the resources needed to attack those opportunities. You will lead a team to execute campaigns on schedule, monitor the results in real-time, and make the hard data-backed decisions on where to invest our budget.
What You’ll Do1. Proactive Strategy & AI Integration
- Identify untapped marketing opportunities by leveraging AI tools and market research to uncover new trends, keywords, and user needs.
- Move beyond standard practices; proactively propose innovative angles to capture both B2C (creators) and B2B (enterprise) market share.
2. Campaign Orchestration & Execution
- Plan and organize the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns. You will define the scope, allocate resources, and coordinate people to ensure every project launches on schedule.
- Oversee the content production pipeline, ensuring your team creates high-quality assets that align with our strategic goals.
3. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Establish clear KPIs and success metrics prior to launching any campaign.
- Monitor campaign performance rigorously. You will analyze the data to determine the immediate next steps: knowing when to double down on a winning strategy or when to scale down/kill an underperforming effort to save budget.
- Generate regular reports that provide actionable insights, not just vanity metrics.
4. Team Management
- Manage, mentor, and motivate internal team members and external freelancers.
- Assign tasks effectively, ensure accountability, and remove blockers to keep the team moving forward.
- A "Full-Stack" Marketer: You are comfortable handling strategy, execution, and analysis simultaneously.

- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing (SaaS or Creator Economy preferred) with proven experience in team leadership or project management.
