Maintenance Worker
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Worker to help maintain our property and grounds throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, trimming, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance
- General building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
- Road and driveway maintenance
- Pothole repair and road patching
- Gravel and stone spreading
- Clearing debris from roads, ditches, and drainage areas
- General roadside and drainage maintenance
- Winter snow plowing and snow removal
- Shoveling and clearing walkways, entrances, and other areas
- Sanding and salting roads, parking areas, and walkways
- Operating and maintaining maintenance equipment, including mowers, snow plows, tractors, trucks, and other equipment
- Performing seasonal maintenance and other property-related tasks as needed
- Keeping buildings, grounds, roads, and work areas clean, safe, and well maintained
- Identifying maintenance issues and completing repairs or reporting problems when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, landscaping, road work, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Experience operating tractors, mowers, plows, trucks, and other equipment is a plus
- Mechanical or repair experience is helpful
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, shoveling, and working outdoors in all types of weather
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, and during snow or severe weather when necessary
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
