What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paintball Referee position at Pocono Outdoor Adventure Tours?
The Role:
Lead all aspects of Paintball activity on and off the field of play to include the following:
- Monitor Game Play and players on and off the field.
- Enforce the safety rules
- Perform safety rules and debriefing of Guests
- Chronograph paintball markers
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Assist Guests Services with Guest check in and movement to Paintball field.
- Issue rental equipment to guests
- Clean and repair paintball equipment as needed
- Time and judge each paintball game by determining what constitutes as fair play
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a PA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Background check required.
- Must be able to work on-site at local offices on game days from 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
- Must be able to work weekends from 8:30 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.
