We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coffee House Manager to lead daily operations of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, delivers excellent customer service, and has strong leadership skills to manage staff and maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the coffee shop
- Manage, train, and schedule staff
- Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and consistency
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Handle cash management and daily reporting
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a coffee shop manager or supervisor required
- Barista certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
