Londonderry law firm is seeking a detail-oriented office administrator. This part-time position will assist in managing bookkeeping and administrative functions for the firm. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day financial operations, reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, assisting with billing and client files, human resources support, payroll coordination and general office operation management, monitoring inventory, ensuring office equipment is maintained.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience supporting payroll and/or office administration duties
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and attorneys.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Mastery of common office software and willingness to learn new applications ( ie: Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Wordperfect, Clio)
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Work schedule:
On-site in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This position is part-time and does allow for some flexibility in determining hours.
No prior legal experience necessary.
