Full-time Information Technology Technician
Pocahontas Community Hospital is looking for a full-time Information Technology Technician.
In this position, you will:
Install hardware and software systems and solutions
Troubleshoot a variety of computer issues working with vendors and end users
Set up computer security measures related to new users and new software applications
Assist with network configuration and support
Provide technical support to computer users onsite, by phone, and by email
Good communication skills and ability to prioritize and resolve help requests.
2-year technical degree or higher in field of computer science and 2 years equivalent work experience desired. 2-years work experience with hands on hardware and software troubleshooting, end user support will be considered in lieu of degree.
