Our commitment to excellence in affordable housing management serves as a foundation for resident success and community empowerment.We are seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a Maintenance Operations Specialist. This person will be a bright and dynamic leader with hands-on experience. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations. They will also be aware of the condition of apartment property throughout the community and take immediate action to correct unsafe conditions. Additionally, they will schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all necessary equipment, clean up work areas, and perform minor and routine repairs.
This position requires at least one year of experience in apartment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and HVAC certification. They must also be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends and on-call duties as necessary.
