What are the responsibilities and job description for the Po' Boys Crew Member ($24.75 - $27 an hour) position at Po' Boys & Pickles?
Po' Boys & Pickles, one of Portland's busiest and popular sandwich shops, is looking to hire a new crew member!
Each crew member works together as a team to give the best service and product for which we are famous! Applicants who can juggle between prep, counter work, cooking, etc... with ease are the ideal candidates. We train everyone in all positions. Previous kitchen experience preferred, but if you're hardworking and a team-player then you got this!
We are looking for part-timers (20 hours per week) and full-timers (35 hours a week). Pay starts at $16.75/hr plus pooled tips ($8 -$10 an hour, additional).
Shifts range from 5-12 hours (10am - 4pm, 10am - 5pm, 5pm - Close, or 10am to Close) depending on the day and needs of the business. Schedule is released on Saturdays for the following week, giving ample flexibility for the right candidate.
