  • Receive, put away, pick, stage, and prepare customer product for shipment.
  • Follow customer-specific requirements and warehouse procedures for handling and storing product.
  • Verify product quantities, labels, locations, and other information to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Complete required scans and transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Follow FIFO, lot, or other inventory rotation requirements when applicable.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing product for visible damage and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and immediately report equipment or safety concerns.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and equipment-operating requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with forklift drivers, warehouse associates, leads, supervisors, customer service, and other team members.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse when workload and business needs require.
  • Maintain productivity and quality expectations while handling customer product with care.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate sit-down forklifts; experience with additional material-handling equipment is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to perform physical warehouse work in addition to forklift operation.
  • Must be willing and able to hand unload containers and trailers when needed.
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers to meet operational goals.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing priorities.
  • Basic computer, scanner, or WMS experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper product handling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move product associated with warehouse and container-unloading activities.
  • Ability to safely enter and exit forklifts and other warehouse equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary depending on weather and operational conditions.
