Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Everett, WA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care focused on performance-based rehabilitation. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, prescribing and progressing therapeutic exercises, and coaching patients on functional movement patterns. The role involves ongoing patient assessment, documentation of clinical findings and outcomes, and collaboration with other clinicians to optimize patient care. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maintain long-term health and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Demonstrated experience in Patient Care and Home Care, with the ability to educate and empower patients to follow individualized programs.
- Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and functional movement conditions.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and active (or eligible) Washington State PT license.
- Experience or strong interest in performance-based rehab, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and commitment to servant leadership principles.
- Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and documentation skills in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- CPR/BLS certification and willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development.
