- Meet all DOT and PNW Intermodal qualification requirements
- Tractor must meet company, port, rail, and customer requirements
- Ability to safely operate regional intermodal freight
- Ability to access applicable port, rail, and customer facilities
- Additional terminal-specific requirements may apply
