As a Residential Treatment Coach, you would be working directly with at-risk youth to provide structure, routine, and a supportive environment. Our Residential Treatment Coaches serve as mentors for the children to help them build self-worth and overcome past events and traumas. Currently hiring for multiple positions (primarily swings 3 pm-11 pm. Must be able to work on weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $23.00/hr, non-exempt after 90-Day probationary period at $21.00 per hour.
