Wages
For this position pay vary based on experience and skill level. The starting wage will be determined based on your qualifications and will be subject to review after an initial trial period. Following this period, there will be an opportunity to discuss a potential increase in pay. Additionally, we offer the option of transitioning to a piece rate compensation structure, where you would earn a percentage of the job’s total value based on performance and job complexity.

Job Summary
As a Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial properties. You must have prior gutter installation experience to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain gutters, downspouts, and related systems.
- Measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials according to specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of gutters and downspouts.
- Inspect and assess gutter systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of gutters to prevent clogs and damage.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide high-quality service.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Gutter Installer is required.
- Knowledge of gutter systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain necessary tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to work at heights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Gutter Installation Experience: Must have prior hands-on experience with gutter installation.
- Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working at significant heights, including up to three stories.
- Weather Conditions: Ability to perform job duties in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and high temperatures.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation is required.

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
