What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, making their day easier
- Turn car problems into positive experiences by listening, advising, and communicating clearly
- Own the repair order process: from intake to follow-up, using Tekmetric
- Be the bridge between our expert techs and our valued customers
- Keep the shop humming: manage scheduling, parts check-in, and quality control
