This is a field based role, not remote, where you will provide hands on care and meaningful connection to the people we serve.
What You Will Do
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assist with errands and transportation in the client’s vehicle or alongside the client
• Follow individualized care plans
• Communicate with the care team and document services accurately
