Skilled Remodeler / Carpenter – Kenai, Alaska

Description
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Remodeler/Carpenter to join our team on an active remodeling project in Kenai, Alaska. You will be working alongside our current crew on-site, assisting with residential renovation work and helping keep projects moving efficiently.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, works well with others, and can contribute to a productive team environment.
This position is initially for our current Kenai project. Candidates who perform well may have opportunities for additional work on future projects in Alaska and other states.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential remodeling and renovation projects
- Framing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim, and finish carpentry
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and fixtures
- Follow project plans and instructions from crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven remodeling or construction experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
