Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are an established, 40 year-old provider of industrial blasting and specialty cleaning equipment seeking a high-level Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
- Serve as primary contact for B2B customer inquiries
- Coordinate LTL freight shipments and carrier selection
- Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Track shipments and resolve issues
- Handle invoicing and credit card transactions in QuickBooks
- Work with sales and operations teams

Requirements

- 2–5 years in customer service, logistics, or operations
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail

- Background Check

Preferred

- Industrial distribution, contracting, equipment, or manufacturing background
- Experience comparing freight quotes and managing carriers
- Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR)
