Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr Program Manager role based in Dallas, TX. The Sr Program Manager will oversee complex, multi-workstream programs from inception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and risk thresholds. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing dependencies and milestones. The role involves tracking and reporting program status to senior leadership, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and driving continuous improvement in program delivery. The Sr Program Manager will also facilitate stakeholder communications, manage vendors or external partners as needed, and ensure adherence to PNC’s policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs or portfolios in a corporate or financial services environment, with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong skills in program and project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), including planning, resource management, risk management, and status reporting.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and influence decision-making without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and executive-level reporting.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable program plans and measurable outcomes.
