Role Description The Relationship Business Banking Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Asheville, NC. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with small and mid-sized business clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. The specialist will consult with clients on deposit accounts, lending options, and treasury management services, while coordinating with internal partners to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Daily responsibilities include proactive outreach, portfolio reviews, responding to client inquiries, and resolving service issues in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves monitoring account activity, identifying opportunities for growth, supporting risk management and compliance requirements, and contributing to local business development efforts.
