Essential Duties & Requirements

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electro-mechanical systems in a heavy manufacturing union environment.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulic systems, welding, fabrication, rigging, and material handling equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, assembly/disassembly, and equipment inspections.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a physically demanding industrial setting.
• Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of solving complex problems.

Qualifications:

• Industrial maintenance experience required; trade school, military, machine shop, or welding certifications are a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed.
• Must be a team player able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
