We’re looking for an Enterprise Client Implementation Specialist who wants to help build, and not just maintain, a world-class implementation and onboarding function.
This is not a traditional “follow the playbook” implementation role. We’re looking for someone who:
What You Might Work On
You’ll work directly with enterprise and upper mid-market clients as they implement and expand their use of the pmtbox platform. This role sits at the intersection of client success, operations, systems thinking, and problem-solving.
Expect To
This is not a heavily layered corporate environment with endless meetings and rigid departments.
Our team is intentionally small, collaborative, and high ownership. We move quickly because the people here are thoughtful, accountable, and willing to solve problems together.
You’ll work closely with Founders and Leadership, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Enterprise clients.
There will be ambiguity. Processes will evolve. Priorities may shift. We’re looking for people who are energized by that environment rather than frustrated by it.

What You Might Work On
You’ll work directly with enterprise and upper mid-market clients as they implement and expand their use of the pmtbox platform. This role sits at the intersection of client success, operations, systems thinking, and problem-solving.
Expect To
- Lead enterprise client implementations from kickoff through launch
- Coordinate cross-functional onboarding efforts with clients, stakeholders, engineering, operations, and leadership
- Help clients map and improve related workflows and operational processes
- Build implementation plans, documentation, and repeatable onboarding frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex client issues that span systems, workflows, data, and operational processes
- Assist with integrations, data mapping, and client configuration needs
- Improve internal implementation tooling, documentation, and processes as we scale

You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 5-8 or more years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer operations, client success, solutions consulting, project management, or a related role
- Have experience working with enterprise or upper mid-market clients
- Are comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Can communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Think beyond tasks and into systems, workflows, and operational improvements
- Enjoy building processes and playbooks from the ground up
- Are naturally curious and proactive
- Stay calm and solutions-oriented when things get messy
