We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team!
About the Role
As an RBT, you’ll provide in-clinic therapy sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In our structured and collaborative clinic setting, you’ll help clients build critical life skills, communication strategies, and social independence through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This role is hands-on, engaging, and deeply rewarding — you’ll see client progress firsthand, celebrate every milestone, and know your work truly matters.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions in a clinic-based environment with consistency and care.
- Implement individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate documentation (HIPAA compliant).
- Educate families with strategies to strengthen daily living skills (ADLs) beyond the clinic.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, therapists, and educators.
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and self-management skills.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification – Required
- Bilingual in Spanish & English – Required
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or special needs (preferred).
- Knowledge of ABA techniques and therapy implementation.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices & HIPAA.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Weekend availability required.
