Your Role:
As an RBT, you’ll deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy, helping children and young adults grow, thrive, and succeed. You’ll work closely with BCBAs, families, and a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care that makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans
- Track progress, collect accurate data, and adjust strategies
- Teach life skills, communication, social skills, and self-management techniques
- Support families with effective behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RBT Certification (required)
- Minimum 6 months of RBT experience
- Compassionate, reliable, and great with children
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
