What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at PMT-Predictive Maintenance Technologies?
At Predictive Maintenance Technologies, we think of our technicians as machinery doctors. You go into a facility, diagnose equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, and other rotating equipment using vibration analysis, infrared, ultrasound, laster alignment/balancing to determine what’s happening before a failure occurs, and sometimes perform the “surgery” yourself.
We're a small company where technicians aren't micromanaged, they're trusted. You'll get hands-on training, work alongside experienced people who know the trade, and build skills most traditional maintenance jobs don't offer. PMT promotes from within and invests in certifications for the trade. We work to take care of our employees by providing excellent benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with match up to 3%, paid time off, paid sick leave, 8 paid holidays, AD&D Insurance, and life insurance. The compensation is based on experience and skill set.
If you're mechanically inclined, curious about how equipment works with a desire to grow your skill set, apply today to build your career as a Service Technician with us!
