We are seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to ensure Interconnect components are ready to support new hardware launches. This role focuses on aligning component readiness with product timelines, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and enabling scalable, resilient component selection.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Early Design Influence
- BOM Risk Assessment & Mitigation (NPI to MP) including New, Unique, Difficult and Different (NUDD)
- Alternative Sourcing
- Risk Visibility & Reporting
Basic Qualifications
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8 years of experience in CSP, hardware, or supply chain roles
- Experience analyzing component level risks or bill of materials (BOM)
- Experience with cables, connector and sockets.
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) in server, data center, or electronics hardware
- Strong technical problem-solving skill
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
